This will be my fourth year to work with Yasmin Boland’s Moonology Diary.    It is the only diary or workbook that I have started on January 1 and continued using throughout the year.    Unless I am ill or out of town (and forgot to take it!) I consult or work in this diary every day.    It’s that powerful and helpful for my journey. Yasmin takes the idea of manifesting with the energy of the Moon to another level and gives you the tools and tips to apply it in your personal and professional lives. I spent about an hour today reading the introduction and Yasmin has added quite a lot of information on the astrological weather for the year 2023. Last year’s intro was 18 pages and this year’s intro is 38 pages. She’s redesigned the book somewhat and it looks to be even more conducive to working with on a daily basis.    The weekly spreadsheet has been reduced to 1 page, to allow the other page to be used for a weekly affirmation and other astrological info for the week. The most benefic

Deanna told me as we began the reading that she felt she was ready for a new relationship in her life.    Here are a few notes I took: -M ale in 12 th  Century in the Middle East,  Name:  Jamal -From a very wealthy family -At the age of 12, he decided to become a Monk/Holy man and travelled to the temple/mosque to train with a Spiritual Leader. Takes a vow of celibacy at this time. -At 16, his Spiritual Leader dies and he is sent back home to his village, parents and 3 sisters. -He quickly learns his father’s business (some type of precious metals, spices, etc) and is kind of a math genius.  His father learns to lean on him and he runs the business, as his sisters marry and leave home. -There is a girl who his parents want him to marry and he is “not interested.”  (The exact words I heard.) He refuses to marry. -At 25, his father dies suddenly and he lives out his days running the business, taking care of his mother for the rest of her life and becoming a type of spiritual lead

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love crystals and Reiki.  Imagine the opportunity to learn new techniques for both in one book! Written by Luke Blue Eagle, the book includes ways to use 38 different crystals and stones for healing in this book First Nations Crystal Healing . As he says on the back cover, “Crystals and stones come from Mother Earth and indigenous medicine people have been using them to help and to heal for millennia.   Their techniques, although simple, have proven effective through the innumerable healers who have handed down these teachings across the generations.” For over 25 years, Blue Eagle studied with elders from several indigenous tribes in the US and Canada.   He writes a blog that includes articles on many subjects, from animal totems such as the moose or coyote to crystals or the latest work on his fragrances or his original music.   He is also featured in several audio interviews online. His career spans over 40 years as a healer and practitione

When BC contacted me, I immediately thought of a process developed by a friend of mine a few years ago that includes a deck of Soul Mate cards where you review and heal up to 5 relationships.  We scheduled her session and as we began, she could to see how her relationship with her father and her grandfather set the stage for the love relationships to come throughout her life.  Her father really challenged her to make better decisions later on and her grandfather challenged her to examine her religious beliefs. Then, her First Love taught her so much about life and provided a type of training for life. Another Soul Mate represented a real “union of 2 souls” and taught her about boundaries and honored her art. Finally, one of her guides came in and she got a very clear message that he was preparing the way for a new love in her life.  He has helped her integrate all of the “splintered parts” of herself, so she can move on. When I asked BC to share what she learned from this session,

I always go to Philip Permutt with my questions.   He is a British crystal expert who has written several books and has a great website, as well:   http://www.thecrystalhealer.co.uk/ Or, if I am away from my office, I also have a site I enjoy:  www.crystalvaults.com   You can go to that site and put your search term in the search bar.  Here are a few of my favorites for Self-Love, Self-Confidence and Courage: ·          Rose Quartz ·          Citrine ·          Moonstone ·          Sunstone ·          Rhodochrosite ·          Carnelian ·          Clear Quartz Clear quartz goes with just about any crystal prescription or recipe, because it amplifies or enhances any crystal you put with it.   Look for crystals on Etsy or a local rock shop or metaphysical store.   I have had really good luck on Etsy when I know what I’m looking for and carefully read the dimensions of the stone or the size of the beads. You can even get beaded bracelets made out of most of the crystals l

After a prayer to open the session, I asked MT if she had ever been introduced to one of her angels or guides. When she said, “No,“ we asked and a being with a beautiful, feminine energy came in.  She said she was a Goddess, here to help MT with this next chapter of her life.  She said MT could call her “Flora” and showed herself to me as a beautiful blonde woman.  Full of grace, humility and kindness. She reminded me of a Botticelli maiden. I shared with MT that sometimes, it's helpful to know that you have spiritual help to support you. At those times, I call on my guides and angels and then feel calm pouring over me. We proceeded with the reading, which touched on not only the message from Flora about daily journaling, but also information about daily exercise and getting out more with friends.  We also received messages from her late husband. I also talked about a technique I share with women who are looking for a new mate and how this can help with manifesting that person. Her

When PA wrote me, I responded and asked for her birth info, including birth date, time and place.  With this information, I charted her natal blueprint, which is a kind of snapshot of what the heavens looked like on the exact minute she was born.  From here, I can show her a type of map of her best qualities, motivations, inclinations and other tools for living her best life. From her birth data, I learned the following, and keep in mind that I am only sharing a portion of what I learned: Sun – Taurus in the 11 th House of friendship, community and groups Moon – Gemini in 12 th House of dreams, inner-self, spirituality and higher purpose Rising Sign – Cancer Midheaven – Aries With a Sun in Taurus in the 11 th House, PA places a huge emphasis on her friends, her community and her tribe.  With a Taurean flavor, she is practical, dependable and works steadily to accomplish her goals. She is very interested in working to improve the lives of those around her.   Her Gemini
