Your Midheaven: Cancer

Those whose Midheaven falls in the sign of Cancer aspire most to becoming a warm and compassionate source of comfort for others. Whether they feel compelled to protect the needs of those who are less advantaged or to provide a safe haven for others to process their emotions, their compassionate nature often draws in people who need healing, nurturing, or support. Home, family, and long-term security are also important concerns for Cancer, so helping others create a richer and more stable foundation for their personal lives may also come into play when it comes to the greater legacy they are working to create.

The other thing that rang true for this woman was her desire to work more with patients and less in management for the next few years.

With just these 4 points on her chart, Questions in Santa Fe was learning that her role in nursing had been part of her destiny and that her studies in shamanism would probably become her legacy. She related that when she retired from nursing in a few years, she would be ready to set up a practice for using her shamanistic tools to help people transform their lives. She was excited to see that the snapshot of the heavens on the day she was born confirmed that she was not only a caretaker, but also liked to dig beneath the surface and be an alchemist for transformation.
